Any Exercise and eating tips to keep up with my fitness plans? - gym fitness tips

I can not have the gym you used. When I 3 times per week and can not now be able to b treatment once a week is a great reduction in my hours of practice.

I wonder whether there are other exercises, which both remain in my current muscle mass and help they can do.

When it is time an issue, you can get different exercise equipment at home to help you, your current muscle mass.
